The Leaf Fresh vibrator is a silicone clitoral vibrator. Completely waterproof and completely rechargeable, this small vibrator easily fits into the palm of your hand. It’s about three inches long and about two inches wide. Using the “PowerBullet” technology for the vibrations as well as a storage bag for long-term storage. The Leaf Fresh is part of the “Leaf by Swan” line of environmentally-themed vibrators.
To continue their image of being an environmentally-friendly vibrator, the Leaf Fresh comes packaged in a cardboard box that looks like it might be made of recycled material. As the packaging never states, though, I’m not sure if it is or not. This box is insanely sturdy, though, and it feels a lot more sturdy than most sex toy packaging. You could easily store anything in this, and it would hold up just fine to any abuse you put it through. Inside the packaging, you’ll find the charger for the Leaf vibrator, an instruction manual about your Leaf vibrator, and a storage pouch for your Leaf vibrator. There also is a storage booklet for the instruction manual which, honestly, seems a bit wasteful, but it’s also included.
The design for the Leaf Fresh, I thought, was a bit cheesy. But then, as you can tell from the paragraph below, I fell in love. The Leaf Fresh was designed to look a bit like a leaf, and it looks exactly like that. It feels like the outer, lime green silicone was stretched around an inner, firm, plastic body (I’m guessing it’s plastic). This means that the Leaf Fresh is completely rigid, and the silicone really is not plushy or squishy at all. This is actually a good thing because vibrations tend to transfer a bit better through firmer surfaces, so the firmer silicone and plastic allow for stronger vibrations. When you want to charge the Leaf Fresh, the charging port is located at the base of the sex toy; you’ll notice it when you examine the body of the Leaf Fresh. Along with that, the single button is located near one of the corners of this green vibrator. This button is actually underneath the surface of the silicone, so it doesn’t get any gunk around it, and that makes it really simple to clean; I love that!
So why did I love the design so much? It just surprised me by how much I loved it! I initially thought the leaf design was going to cause a lot of issues with how to hold the vibrator. It didn’t, though. In fact, I’d argue that this is one of the best and easiest-to-hold clitoral vibrator designs I’ve ever dealt with. The curve along the topside of the vibrator just is absolutely perfect for resting my pointer finger on while the rest of my hand curls around the sides. When held like this, it leaves the “tip” of the vibrator without perfect position to apply pressure to whatever area you want to apply pressure to. Along with this, the button is right along this side, so it only takes a minute movement to go from “holding” the vibrator to touching the control button and strengthening the vibrations. I’ve never accidentally pressed the button while holding it like this either. The only downside is that it tends to vibrate your hand quite a bit as well, but that’s usually to be expected with most clitoral vibrators. I absolutely just LOVE the design of this vibrator!
Like mentioned above, the Leaf Fresh is also completely rechargeable. It charges via the wall adapter that is included with the vibrator. There’s a charging port at the base of the vibrator. You just have to slide the charger into the vibrator to start the charging. It might feel like you’re harming the toy, but as long as it’s the charging port, it’s just a little bit firmer than most to get the charger in (since the charging port is waterproof when you’re not charging it). When it charges, it’ll display an LED light, and when it’s done charging, the light will turn off. After it turns off, you just have to unplug the sex toy, and you can get to using it!
The Leaf Fresh is one of those vibrators that’s extremely easy to control. It has a single button on it, and it has the “Press-and-Hold” technology. This means that, if you want the vibrations to get stronger, you just press down the button and hold it. If you are at a vibration setting and want more, you, again, just press down and hold it. If, at any time, you want the vibrations to turn off, it just takes a single press of the button, and the vibrator instantly turns off. This single button is extremely simple to use, and it works really well. It presses down easily, and it has a nice, satisfying “click” when you press it down as well. The button doesn’t lock up, and it never gets accidentally pressed during use, either.
The vibrations on the Leaf Fresh are definitely on the higher end of moderate. In fact, the vibrations are stronger than I thought they’d initially be. Whether they’ll be strong enough for you, though, depends on your previous vibrator preferences. If you tend to use bullet vibrators and use buzzy-type vibrators, the Leaf Fresh may have enough power for you. If you prefer the rumbly-type vibrators, it may not be quite enough. Personally, the vibrations are enough for orgasm, but it’s not one of those “easy” types of orgasms. It does have to be worked at, and I found myself wishing that the Leaf Fresh had some stronger vibration settings.
Something to note about the Leaf Fresh is the fact that it’s going to make your hand a bit numb as well. Since the vibrator is just so small, it means that where you hold the vibrator is probably going to be vibrating as well. This can definitely lead to your hand feeling a bit numb from the vibrations. It’s not a huge deal, and it’s never made a difference during use (as I’m more preoccupied by other things), but it should be noted that it definitely happens, and there’s really not much of a way to avoid it.
I really do like the Leaf Fresh vibrator. The only thing keeping it from being “awesome-est” vibrator ever is the lack of power. It has enough, but in order for me to really love, it just needed to have more. It’s so easy to hold, and it’s so easy to operate, and it feels comfortable and amazing up against the body. It just has this perfect shape. Really, the only thing keeping it from being a near-perfect clitoral vibrator, for me, is just that I need it to have more vibrational strength.
To clean this waterproof, green silicone vibrator, you just have to use warm water and antibacterial soap. If you want to protect it for multiple-person use, you can easily slide this small vibrator into a glove for protection as it’s a bit too odd-shaped for a condom. You’ll still be able to access the control buttons and everything. If you choose to use lubricant with this vibrator, it’ll work best with water-based lubricant. As it’s a silicone material toy, using silicone-based lubricant isn’t recommended. As for storage, I recommend that you store this vibrator in the storage pouch it comes with or in the original packaging.
Overall, the Leaf Fresh vibrator is a good sex toy, and I’d recommend it to most people. It’s only going to be a “stand out” toy if you don’t require too strong of vibrations, but even for most women, it’s still going to be a good and reliable clitoral vibrator. The design is so simple to grasp, and the vibrator is just so easy to use. The rechargability works wonderfully, and the features of this vibrator really are great features that most people will be able to use.
