The Tantus “Realdoe” Feeldoe Slim Double-Ended dildo is a new concept on double-ended dildos that is sold by TabuToys. At around seven inches long with an insertable portion of five inches, this double-ended, strapless dildo is made of silicone and is body-safe. The diameter is slightly over an inch in width which is smaller than the original Realdoe Feeldoe. It has 1/2″ less length and 1/4″ less diameter which is a surprisingly large amount! The Tantus “Realdoe” Feeldoe Slim Dual-Penetrator also includes a hole at the base to use the included bullet vibrator to add vibrations to your dildo.
The packaging is pretty basic. The Tantus Realdoe Feeldoe Slim comes in the same packaging that the regular-sized Realdoe Feeldoe comes in, and it’s basically just a large blister-pack packaging that is see-through and allows you to easily see the dildo through the packaging. The packaging itself is larger than the dildo, so you may want to get rid of the packaging after you take out the dildo. However, the packaging will keep your dildo from picking up hair and lint if that is an issue.
The “Realdoe” is actually one of the first strapless strap-on dildos to be designed with a realistic design in mind. It’s a bit weird that it has taken this long, but the RealDoe is one of the first! The ones that came before were all colorful and pretty colors – but not usually realistic. The strap-on dildo I’m reviewng, the “Realdoe Slim”, is a slimmer version fo the regular RealDoe. I didn’t take pictures of them side-by-side because, when I saw it in the packaging, I knew the packaging picture would show it best. The RealDoe slim arrives in the exact same packaging that they package the Realdoe Feeldoe original in, so you can easily see how much smaller the dildo is when looking at the Realdoe Slim in the packaging; so take a look at that.
The Realdoe and Realdoe Slim are also one of the few strapless strap-on dildos that include vibrating capabilities. There is a bullet hole at the base of the double-ended dildo that will allow you to insert a small bullet vibrator that is included with the dildo. I definitely recommend inserting a small bit of lubricant into the bullet hole before inserting the bullet as the hole is pretty slender, and if you push the bullet in all the way, it really is a bitch to get the bullet back out without something slick inside the chamber first. I’ve gotten multiple bullets stuck in Tantus dildos before from that, so just throw in some lube before you insert it.
As you can imagine, the vibrations work pretty easily. I actually was surprised to find that the vibrations tend to center more in the shaft portion of the double-ended dildo versus staying in the part that is inserted into the penetrator. I think it’s because the shaft portion is nice, firm silicone and straight while the inserted bulb has a small silicone area that leads up to it. Either way, the vibrations are strongest near the head of the penis, and while they aren’t really intense by any measure, you can feel that it’s vibrating during use.
In comparison to an average dildo, this double-ended strapless strap-on dildo is actually pretty slender. Holding my fingers up to the dildo, the dildo is about two and a half fingers in width. This is more slender in width than most average penises and average dildos. The head has a realistic and pronounced head to it, and the veins, while they look awesome, really aren’t felt during use. There are some ridges along the base of the dildo that are meant to stimulate the penetrative partner, but I didn’t notice much stimulation from the ridges during use. People with different anatomies may get more stimulation from them.
The insertable portion that is inserted into the recipient is pretty decent. I wish it had more of a curved design to it, but the current design works alright. It does take some internal muscle strength in order to keep the dildo inserted, and for those with average vaginal muscles, you may not be able to keep it in without holding it or using your thighs. I found that wearing it with a harness actually made it more comfortable and made me worry about it less. When inserted, the dildo itself does tend to hang a bit, but the actual dildo’s shape stays firm. The only thing that hangs is where the dildo is attached at the base, so it stays looking pretty erect.
Between the two dildos, we definitely prefer the Tantus Realdoe Slim. The original Realdoe was just a big too large in diameter and size for regular anal use. We use our strapless strap-on dildos for anal use, and when it comes down to it, this dildo works really well for that because of the smaller diameter. The slimmer size partnered with the long length (which is pretty near-impossible to find in similar strap-less strap-on dildos!) makes this our new favorite double-ended dildo for strap-on use. It doesn’t stay in quite as well as I was hoping for, but when paired with a harness like I like, it works fantastically. It *can* stay in without a harness, but it doesn’t feel secure without a harness, so I prefer it with harness use.
To clean this silicone dildo, you’ll want to use warm water and antibacterial soap. If you want, you can easily remove the bullet from the bullet hole and you could boil the pure-silicone dildo for sterilization as well. Any average condom should fit this dildo easily for the penetrative part, but for the penetrator inserted part, some average condoms may not be large enough. As the entire dildo is made from silicone, you should make sure to use water-based lubricant on it. For storage, the silicone of this dildo doesn’t tend to pick up too much lint or hair, but you may want to store it away from hair sources. As the dildo is pretty large, you’d need a large bag in order to store it though.
Overall, for anyone that’s looking to do more anal with their Realdoe Feeldoe or anyone who just prefers a slimmer dildo, the Realdoe Feeldoe Slim by Tantus is probably the better choice. The skintone looks nice, the length is fantastic, and the slimmer length is perfect for anyone who is looking to use this anally or just want a slimmer dildo. I definitely love this one a lot more than the “normal” Realdoe Feeldoe!
