Lelo Ella double-ended dildo.

I’ve heard so many amazing things about the Lelo Ella, so I decided to purchase it for myself from this great toy store. It has so many reviews and lots of women say it’s the first toy that helped them find their g-spot, so I had a lot of high hopes for it.

Ella is a silicone dildo. That means that, no, Ella does not vibrate. She handles vibrations pretty well if you want to hold a vibrator to her, but she, herself, doesn’t. She’s amazingly smooth (Think Velvet Cote plastic, but squishier and softer) and is also phalates-free. She’s seven inches long and has about five inches of insertable length. If you’ve looked at a picture of Ella before, you’ll also notice that she has two different ends. Both ends are comfortable for use, but one of the ends is specifically designed for g-spot use. It’s called the “G-spot kink”. The other end includes a “pleasure point” that can be used vaginally as well.

One side of her has the “Lelo” name marked into the dildo, but during use, I couldn’t feel it in the slightest. There are also no seems running along Ella – she’s completely smooth to the touch. I also received the “Rose” color – the website pictures are pretty spot on to the color of it. Ella has a little bit of give, but it’s not much. Softer than plastic and in a very good way.

The packaging that the Ella comes in is pretty amazing. She has an outer purple box, and inside of that is her nice, black box that includes the Lelo logo. Inside of that, she has a plastic covering and a molded area for her to sit in. Her instruction manuals sit underneath the plastic tray Ella resides in as well as it comes with a satin bag to place Ella in if that’s how you’d rather do it. The plastic tray itself has two finger holes so you’ll never have a problem removing it. The box itself is very well made and easily would withstand other, heavier toys being sat on top of it.

The instructions are interesting enough. One is a little booklet that gives you all of your information for the one year warranty that the Ella comes with. You never have to worry about your toys breaking because this warranty will cover you (unless you were trying to feed it to your dog or something.) In addition to the one year warranty, Lelo’s Ella dildo also comes with a ten year quality guarentee. If Ella breaks within ten years, you can send it into Lelo, and they’ll give you 50% off your next Ella purchase. The instruction manual itself includes instructions on cleaning and care, use, and tips and tricks. It comes in five different languages, so you’re bound to speak one of them.

I do believe Lelo Ella will live up to its great name. I haven’t had anything mind-blowing as of yet, but I’m also still new to the toy. I know a lot of peope say it does have a small learning curve to it. With more time, I’m sure I’m going to be able to use this toy amazingly. I’d want to make sure you know that if you get your “handle” end lubricated, it can become a little bit slippery to hold. I know it has given lots of great results with other women, and it has definitely shown promise so far. If you want help, the instructions do encourage you to use a vibrator with your Ella. It also recommends you be warmed-up before you attempt to find your g-spot.

Ella is pretty large. She’s nothing huge, but if you’re not used to toys, you will notice Ella’s presence. It wasn’t in a bad way however. I’ve never been much of a fan of insertion with sex toys, but I actually enjoyed using Ella vaginally. I haven’t gotten perfect at it, but I definitely could feel Ella touching my g-spot, and it worked out well for me. However, Ella should not be used anally as she doesn’t have a flared base. You could go ahead and use it clitorally, but like I said, it doesn’t vibrate.

One of the amazing things about silicone toys is the fact that they withstand pretty much anything. Ella can be boiled to get rid of germs, and thus, is sterilizable. However, since it’s silicone, do NOT use silicone-based lube with Ella, or you risk destroying your new dildo. I’ve never tried it before, but the packaging says Ella is dishwasher safe, so if you want to put it next to your coffee glass, I suppose you could keep Ella company. Personally, warm water and soap usually washes it quite well after use, and I’ll boil my toys every couple weeks or so. I don’t share my toys, so it’s not a big issue.

You also should avoid keeping Ella in any direct sunlight – it’s bad for your dildo. Make sure to wash your dildo right after use, so it can stay in the best state possible.

I definitely have to recommend this as a woman’s first g-spot toy. The price is great, and who doesn’t want to own a luxury sex toy? It has amazing reviews from women of all different body types, so there’s a great chance it will work amazingly with you as well. It’s easy to learn and safe to use. Ella is an amazing toy that all g-spot-seeking (or loving!) women should purchase. You can buy Ella at this trusted sex toy store.
