The Strict Leather Suede Flogger is a gorgeous, high-quality suede flogger sold by SixtyNineSecrets. It’s red and black and measures about thirty inches total in length with the tails being about twenty inches of the entire length of the flogger. The handle is made from some weaved leather-like material with two black weaved “knots” on either end. There is also a loop made from the same material at the top of the handle to hang the flogger up or to use it as a wrist strap.
The tails are half/half with black and red. It doesn’t have a ton of tails, but there is at least forty strands of suede for this flogger’s tails. They are attached firmly, and the suede is really soft and gentle. The ends of the flogger are cut in a straight fashion with no frills, so they are more soft. The handle isn’t weighted like many advanced users may care about, but it isn’t uncomfortably heavy or light either.
How does the suede flogger feel? Amazing – according to my boyfriend. While leather tends to be stingy, suede is almost always very soft on the skin and moves together as a “clump” so you don’t get outlying strands that will sting. This suede is not different. The strands stick together, and when the body is struck with suede, it feels almost like a deep-tissue massage as opposed to being struck. Many people new to floggers will actually enjoy the sensation of a suede flogger as opposed to the stingier (but cheaper) leather alternative.
Because of the length of these tails, you may have a difficult time attempting to use this flogger while actively having sex. However, during foreplay, it wouldn’t be difficult to lean back and gently throw the strands of the flogger onto your partner. As could be assumed, this flogger actually makes any amazing flogger for doing a scene because of the medium-length tails. Not too long for a crowded room and not to short so it’s just awkward.
What makes this flogger so nice is that it’s so beginner friendly. With a light stroke, the suede will just feel soft and relaxing. With a moderate stroke, the suede will end up feeling massaging. With a rougher stroke, it has a bit of a strike to it, but it’s more like being hit with a piece of cardboard – it isn’t actually painful; you just feel the pressure of it. Because of those variences, this works perfectly for anyone looking for a beginner flogger or a warm-up flogger. Basically, if you are looking to give pain with your impact toy, this is perfect.
So how does it feel to handle the flogger? It feels…good. The tails move together without seperating from the group. The strike as one, and while it doesn’t hit loudly, it does make a sound that is distinctly made from suede. The tails aren’t really heavy when it comes to comparing to the handle, so it feels comfortable to have in your hand. I have a large-sized female hand, and the handle is comfortable for me to grasp, and I’m sure it’d be just as comfortable for a male with larger or a female with smaller hands to grasp this comfortably.
Suede usually doesn’t get cleaned the same way as leather. It’s usually best to use a minimal amount of water and wipe it down with a wet washcloth but to avoid the soap since it can harm it. I recommend leaving this as a one-person toy, but if you still enjoy being able to clean it up better, antibacterial wipes don’t seem to harm the suede at all.
This is going to be hanging on the back of our bedroom door with the rest of our favorite floggers. I’d earned a spot with the rest of our best toys, and I’m extremely proud that we own it. It’s soft, extremely beginner friendly, and relaxing to be used. This adult sex toy store sells this bdsm flogger, so head to their store to pick up the Strict Leather Suede Flogger. While you are searching their store, don’t forget to check out the rest of the Impact toys.
