Incoqnito Razor

Showing the razor when folded up

The Incoqnito Razor is a sensual kink toy that is intended to be “discreet” – just like the rest of the Incoqnito range. This one happens to be a fake “razor”. This razor, much like a Swiss Army Knife, has two little prongs that fold out to give it a sensual appeal. The prongs fold all the way out, so you’ll be able to use the toy as if it was a straight line. One prong is a small little hook while the other prong is a miniature Wartenburg wheel. This entire thing is made from stainless steel and feels comfortably hefty in your hands. It also includes a small little wrist/hanging strap at the end for easy usage.

The packaging for the Incoqnito Razor is pretty neat. It’s a small box with which the lid to the box just pulls off the top. This means that the Razor could just fall out, but it doesn’t look like the box was intended for long-term storage anyway. The Razor comes with a small, leather bag that, while it doesn’t snap closed, does protect the Razor from any sort of scratches or being seen since it’s a nice, rich gold. This little bag can be stored inside the box, or it works just fine outside the box as well. Included is a little guide that says to unfold the prongs to use it. (Obviously). It also says they aren’t responsible if you use it as a weapon. (Stabbing is bad.)

The Incoqnito Razor is probably one of the neatest little kink toys that I’ve played with. I’m not always up for something large and obvious, and this little toy can easily be kept by my bedside. I worry about keeping my sharp toys next to the bed since who knows what I’ll reach for when I’m half-asleep? This one, however, isn’t sharp when it’s folded together, so it’s pretty much perfect for keeping it at my bedside.

The two different prongs of the Razor

I have to let you guys know why I wanted the Incoqnito Razor and then you can laugh at the boyfriend. You see, we own a Wartenburg Pinwheel. (Basically a spinning wheel attached to a metal rod used for sensation play) The boyfriend loves the sensation of it, and I love that I can draw blood and be evil if I want to. However, he never manages to keep it in the same spot, so I almost always have to send him to fetch it when I want it. This leads to hilariousness because he has this horrid habit of picking it up by the wheel end and harming himself. Since it’s not like a regular pinwheel can fold into itself, there’s no way to guarentee he won’t do it short of not letting him touch it. (Which I considered) However, this new Incoqnito toy offers an amazing solution.

Since the wheel and pokey-parts fold into the body of the razor, there’s no chance he’s going to be harming himself when I ask him to fetch it. In fact, we can leave it out on a bookcase or something and nobody would think twice about it. Somebody might notice the pretty gold metal, but no one will assume that it’s a sex toy upon first glance. Even if they examine it further, they still probably wouldn’t guess it’s made for sex. If you keep this in the little leather pouch, it’s pretty much invisible, which, when you call your line “Incoqnito” is exactly what you’re going for.

The single prong of the Razor

I really liked the little claw prong. It’s just a regular piece of stainless steel that is shaped slightly like a claw. It only has the one prong, so it’s only the one sensation. It’s stationary, so it doesn’t move when you use it. It basically just drags along the skin as if it was a sharp nail. It definitely can cut into the skin pretty deeply, so I highly suggest you use this prong lightly unless you are wanting to scratch. You can easily scratch the skin, and if you push down even harder, it’d be possible to draw blood as well.

The wheel prong is actually really nice. It’s sharper than the other pinwheel sex toy that we own. This one rolls really easily against the skin, and unlike our other wheel, this one does not squeak or make a sound while rolling. Like I said, this one is sharper than our other wheel, and it actually will scratch up the skin if you aren’t careful to move it in a straight line. If it drags on the skin, you’ll make some light scratch marks that, while they don’t show blood, show the little white lines on your skin that mean you took off the very top layer of your epidermis. Really, though, as long as you use the pinwheel lightly, there’s no chance of you breaking the skin. It actually feels very sensual along the skin, and it basically feels as if someone has dragged fingernails very lightly against your skin. It feels more sensual than painful basically.

The packaging that the Razor comes in including the littlebag

Both of the prongs fold out easily for easy use. They are stiff enough, though, that with a light touch (which these require unless you want to cause pain), they do not fold back onto themselves. Both prongs can be used at once if you angle them to the proper angle, but aside from being able to feel two different sensations, it doesn’t seem to make too much of a difference.

To clean this, since it’s stainless steel, you should be able to use bleach. I don’t see any non-steel pieces, so in theory, you should be able to boil it as well though I haven’t tried it. Consider this toy fluid-bonded unless you sterilize it between uses because it does have the ability to scratch the skin quite easily. You can use this toy whereever you’d like though be forewarned than the pinwheel attachment tends to catch in long (i.e. pubic) hair. For storage, I keep mine in the little leather pouch next to my bedside, and no one is ever the wiser.

If you’re thinking about a Valentine’s Day gift, the Incoqnito Razor is freakin’ amazing. It keeps us from accidentally getting scratched when pulling it out, and the Razor also discreetly sits next to the bed which reduces the need to scramble when visitors are coming over. It’s also easy to slip into your pocket if you want to use this little toy out in public. (Be forewarned not to use it in front of police as it may be taken as a weapon. Just sayin’.) We absolutely love our Incoqnito Razor, and it’s just one of our new favorite sensual toys. Thanks to Incoqnito for sending me out their Incoqnito Razor.
