Paloqueth Cordless Wand Massager Review

UPDATE MARCH 2022: This Paloqueth Cordless Wand Massager seems to no longer be in production. Check out the other Paloqueth vibrators if you want a wand massager from Paloqueth. This review remains as a reference for those who are interested in the Paloqueth Cordless Wand Massager. While you’re here on Kinky World, why not check out my BDSM advice, femdom advice, BDSM scene outlines, and femdom podcast?

Designed for cordless use, the Cordless Wand Massager by Paloqueth is a full-sized massager that charges via an included USB cord. Featuring a flexible head, this wand massager is made from silicone (for the head) and plastic (for the handle). Equipped with patterns in addition to steady-state vibrations, this wand massager is a full-sized toy designed for more freedom with its use.

The Paloqueth Cordless Wand Massager is packaged in a plain black box with no distinguishing marks. It’s a relatively thin cardboard box, but since it’s so discreet, it can work for discreet storage of the wand massager. Since the wand massager is so tall though, the box might actually be longer than some of the drawers you’re wanting to keep it in. The Paloqueth Cordless Wand Massager comes with an instruction booklet, a special offers booklet, the USB charging cable to charge it, and a see-through drawstring bag to fit everything in for storage.

The Cordless Wand Massager by Paloqueth has a very basic design that’s designed one for one purpose: getting the head to have as much power as possible. To that end, the wand massager is very “head-heavy”. The tip of the massager is the heaviest part of the massager – which actually can make it pretty nice to hold because the head usually is resting up against your body.

The Cordless Wand Massager is also one of the lightest-handled wand massagers that I’ve ever played with – at least for full-size options. It’s decently light and when held up against the body, it pretty much holds itself into place. That being said, with the handle being entirely made from a slick plastic, if you’ve managed to get some lube onto the handle, expect to clean it off or have a slippery surface for keep that massager held in one place. Some texturing along the shaft really would have helped make it easier to hold if your hands happen to get slick.

The head of the Cordless Wand Massager is nice and flexible as well. It’s actually a very, very flexible head and will turn about 50-degrees to each one of the sides. When pressure is applied (or the head is tilted), the vibrations tend to feel much deeper and rumbly. They don’t back-off or feel weaker – which is always a bonus for people who tend to apply pressure to their vibrators when getting close to orgasm.

It’s also worth noting that the head of the Cordless Wand Massager appears to be a standard-sized large massager head. On a couple of different “Hitachi Wand Massager” attachments I tried it on, it worked perfectly. Just something worth keeping in mind depending on your intentions for using it in the future.

Making it easy to keep your wand massager ready for use at a moment’s notice, the Cordless Wand Massager is fully rechargeable. The charging port is at the bottom, backside of the handle, covered by a small silicone removable cap to prevent lube or bodily fluids from getting into the port. Just plug the USB cable into any USB-charging device or outlet, and it will charge your wand massager. According to the manual, the vibrator takes 4 hours to fully charge and will last about four hours when fully charged. As you can see, that’s a decent chunk of time to charge it, so ensure your toy is fully charged before you’re hoping to use it. To make it easier, the light on the control panel of the vibrator blinks when it’s still in the process of charging, so you won’t accidentally disconnect it.

The Cordless Wand Massager is controlled by two buttons on the shaft. There’s a power button that doubles as the intensity button as well as a separate patterns button. Press and hold the power button to turn the toy on and off and a single press of the power button will change the vibration intensity. A press of the pattern button changes the pattern (from steady into the various vibrational patterns that this vibrator is equipped with). You can escalate/deescalate the steady-state vibration intensity as well as the intensity of all of the patterned modes as well.

I’ll admit, the control button structure of the Paloqueth Cordless Wand Massager is probably my least-favorite thing about the massager. The buttons don’t have much of a “press down” to them. They don’t really feel like you’ve pressed them. There’s no satisfying click or anything else. The buttons just feel flush to the handle itself and when you press them, it takes a lot of effort, can be hard to do while the toy is lubricated, and I’m never quite sure if I’m accomplishing it or not since it doesn’t have any feedback when I do it. It’s not the worst thing ever, but a slightly different design for the button system for the Paloqueth Cordless Wand Massager and I wouldn’t have had any issues at all with the buttons. Just be forewarned: if you have hand, wrist, or finger strength issues, I really wouldn’t recommend this wand massager if you think you’ll have issues pushing the buttons.

As you can imagine, a portable, cordless wand massager like this isn’t necessarily going to pack all of the power of a corded, plugged-into-the-wall wand massager. That’s the case here as well. I’d say you get about 65% of the power on this massager of the corded Hitachi – which is surprisingly strong considering it’s entirely rechargeable! The vibrations are deep and rumbly, and I’d say that the power level is strong enough for most people to achieve orgasm with it pretty easily. Unless you require the highest setting of the Hitachi for long periods of time, the Paloqueth Cordless Wand Massager should be enough for orgasm – especially if you’re used to other non-wand massager vibrators. (Plus, it does feel really good for a back massage. And the long handle makes it so seamless to use for that!)

When it comes to a wand massager like this, you expect a bit of noise. You can’t get a decent chunk of power out of any sex toy without it creating a bit of noise. And the Paloqueth Wireless Wand Massager does exactly that. On the highest setting, it’s enough noise to be heard while in the same room as the massager. Even with music on, you’ll hear it in the same room. However, with a loud television or music playing, you can get away with using this wand massager with the door shut if someone is in the next room. I’d highly recommend using it under blankets and with that loud background noise. The Paloqueth Wireless Wand Massager isn’t the loudest of the wand massagers, but it definitely still makes noise!

As the wand isn’t waterproof, you’ll want to use special care when cleaning it. As long as you didn’t get the handle too lubricated or wet, you’ll be fine. When doing its regular cleanings, make sure to leave the handle entirely out of running water. As most of the cleaning should need to happen on the head of the massager, this should be somewhat easy to do. If you need to do some spot cleaning on the handle, use a slightly damp washcloth to get it done.

So there you have it. It’s a cordless wand massager with a decent chunk of power that doesn’t require being plugged into the wall. It takes a bit to recharge, but it’ll provide you more-than-enough power once it’s fully charged. It’s a bit loud (like all wand massagers), and the buttons drive me nuts, but it’s 100% functional for what it needs to do and at an affordable price. Plus, the vibrations are decently powerful for such a low price point! Thanks to Paloqueth for providing this wireless wand vibrator for my Paloqueth Cordless Wand Massager review.
