Satisfyer Partner Multifun Vibrator Review

Satisfyer Partner Multifun Vibrator Review

A U-shaped, almost round vibrator, the Satisfyer Partner Multifun vibrator is one of the new multi-use vibrators to hit the market. Covered entirely in silicone, the vibrator comes equipped with three distinct vibrational motors in the toy. At 5.25″ in total length with an overall width of 2.75″, the toy isn’t a particularly small toy – or large ones. Mostly designed for external use, this vibrator challenges your creativity with how to use it – but the packaging offers quite a few illustrated examples of how they suggest you should take on your new Satisfyer Partner Multifun vibrator.

This sex toy review is over the Satisfyer Partner Multifun 1 and Satisfyer Partner Multifun 2. Both toys came out at the same time, and with the exact same price tag (and the fact that I’ve tried both), I can confidently say that the only difference seems to be in the color and the tip design. The Satisfyer Partner Multifun 2 offers a wider gap between the tips of the toy while the Partner Multifun 1 is a much tighter fit. Where there are noticeable differences in the designs, I will make note of it in the review.

Back when I used to go on lots of first dates, one of my “go-to” moves was bringing an item that we could bond over coffee or dinner. The particular item would vary depending on the specific person. A puzzle-head and I did a Rubik’s cube. A fellow photographer got to see one of my portable cameras. I asked a coder to bring some code to show me. First dates are awkward. And we reduced a whole lot of the awkward “what do we do now?” by just having a fun toy to focus our attention on.

Instead of fighting for something to talk about while staring at one another, we both had our attention on a third object – and it took a lot of the pressure off and made room for a lot more natural conversation. (Plus, making eye contact with a stranger for over an hour is just hard. I don’t often do that with my partners – much less complete strangers!)

How is this relevant? That’s kinda how the Satisfyer Partner Multifun feels to me. It doesn’t feel like a necessary part of sex – but it seems like a fun, outside distraction to sex. That’s not necessarily a bad thing. Instead of having a toy that has a strong “here’s what you do with it”, you end up with a toy that basically does anything you want with it. It doesn’t do any of those things particularly *well*, but it’s so multi-faceted that you end up spending three hours in bed just seeing what random things you can make it do – and if it’ll be pleasurable. It’s not necessarily a sex toy that’s designed for easier orgasms or “better” sex. I’d argue it’s a sex toy designed for the “ooooh. let’s see what we can do with this together!” bonding experience. As long as you go into using the Satisfyer Multifun with this playful, experimental mindset (and your partner is on the same page), I think you’ll genuinely have a positive experience with it.

Now is that “bonding experience” worth the cost for you? Maybe. Maybe not. At the same price as a nice dinner date, the toy isn’t outside the realm of realistic for a “bonding experience” purchase. Most people prefer their sex toys’ functionality to last past the occasional experimental session, though. You and your partner will have to decide if it’s worth it for you. You have to remember that I’ve used thousands of sex toys at this point – and this was still a fun and novel bonding experience for my partner and I.

That being said, let’s talk about the concrete information about the Satisfyer Multifun. The Satisfyer Multifun is equipped with three motors. Two motors are located in each of the “tips” of the toy, and there’s a motor within the thick “base” of the toy as well. The button closest to the tips controls the intensity of the tips (together with no option to control each individually), and the button closest to the base controls the intensity of the vibration of the base. These are simple “press once to increase vibration, hold down to turn off the vibrator” buttons. It’s a pretty basic control structure that most people will understand as soon as they pick up the toy.

The vibrations aren’t particularly strong at all. In fact, I’d call them on the lower end of moderate with a pretty buzzy design. They aren’t particularly *unpleasant*, but they aren’t likely going to be strong enough to cause orgasm in most people – ourselves included. They’re still pleasurable, and it took over 20 minutes of the toy in a single spot to cause some temporary numbness to sensation (and it will very pleasurable up until that point), but they aren’t likely strong enough for orgasm unless you’re particularly sensitive.

The noise from those vibrations is decently quiet. It can be heard while in the same room as the toy, but through a closed door with even a bit of music or television, it becomes pretty impossible to hear. It’s decently quiet – and pretty undistracting. Great for apartment use.

The toys tend to differ here. The Partner Multifun 1 has very, very “clampy” tips. The tips are virtually touching when left alone, and with a *serious* amount of effort, you can fit a nipple, finger, or clitoris between the tips. Nothing much larger than that. That being said, the toy isn’t particularly “flexible” for that. So as soon as you fit the small item between the tips, it provides a very intense, very gripping sensation onto that item. It works decently fine for nipples – pretty well, actually. I’m someone who *loves* intense pressure on the clitoris, though, and the Satisfyer Partner Multifun 1 was *way* too clampy for even me. It was painful. As an example, when “clamped” onto a spot, the toy can literally hang onto that spot against gravity or shaking. It’s a very tight clamp – which works well for some types of stimulation (like vibration on small nipples), and less great on other types of places.

The Satisfyer Partner Multifun 2 has a much-less intense clamping sensation. While the two tips of the vibrator are just as “rigid”, there is a lot more space between the two tips of the vibrator, so the tips don’t feel nearly as “clampy”. Clitoral use of the Satisfyer Partner Multifun 2 is a lot more pleasurable. However, using the Satisfyer Partner Multifun 2 on the nipples results in a lot less sensation than the Multifun 1 – at least, on smaller nipples. You might find that the Multifun 2 is the better choice for larger nipples. It’s worth noting that the Multifun 2 still has the same rigidity, though. So it’s still going to be a pretty steady pressure to whatever area it’s applied to – it’s just that the tips are further apart for allow for “larger” items to fit between the tips.

So when choosing between the two, I’d definitely recommend thinking about what you plan on doing with the toy – and what you enjoy. The toys are so similar in most aspects aside from the tips and a bit of curvature within the body of the toy that’s mostly attributed to the difference in tip thickness and tightness. If you think you’ll likely want a good chunk of nipple play on smaller nipples, I’d recommend the Satisfyer Partner Multifun 1 vibrator. If you think you’ll want more clitoral fun or play with large nipples, I’d recommend the Satisfyer Partner Multifun 2 vibrator. It’s mostly a personal choice, of course, and as stated before, I’d mostly recommend the Satisfyer Partner Multifun toys as experimental, playful toys, so I wouldn’t stress over the decision too much.

Satisfyer Partner Multifun Vibrator Review

We’ve only pulled out the Satisfyer Partner Multifun vibrator toys a couple times during sex. Like previously mentioned, they aren’t particularly “awesome” at doing any one thing, so we only tend to take them out when we want an experimental session – or are just playing around and want some chill foreplay options. We’ve given it a lot of different tries over that time frame, and we’ve found a couple of things that work well for us:

First off, the Satisfyer Partner Multifun 1 has a much “clampier” tip. As such, it can actually clamp down onto a thicker dildo or butt plug base. If the toy doesn’t otherwise have vibrational capabilities or a bullet hole for vibrations, this turns the entirety of the toy into a “vibrating” toy. Because of the odd shape of this couple’s sex toy, it does leave a four-inch “tail” protruding off the end of the toy, but as long as the person wearing the “tail” isn’t really moving, it stays in place just fine. Having them lay up against my lap or laying flat on the bed tends to keep the “tail” in place just fine to vibrate the internal toy. And that’s fun.

Our other favorite use has been penile use. When looped around the penis like a cock ring and left at an angle, the toy can “rest” pretty nicely against the penis when the penis is laying against the owner’s body. Even with a bit of wiggling, the couple’s vibrator tends to stay in relatively the same place with a bit of minor adjustments. As long as my partner is staying in a somewhat-stable position, the vibrator stays in the same place – offering hands-free vibrations to the penis and balls while I can enjoy doing other things with my hands on him. We’ve tried multiple times, and despite him cumming easily with other vibrators, this one just isn’t strong enough for orgasm. It is, however, extremely pleasurable and a fun, hands-free way to pleasure him while doing other things.

We’ve also found a bit of fun with using the Multifun 1 as a nipple vibrator on his nipples. The clampy design is the perfect width for small male-bodied nipples, and the vibrations feel decently intense on the nipples compared to the higher-required vibrations on the genitals.

We haven’t found much success with any intercourse uses. The toy doesn’t just “slide between the labia and stay put”. At least on my body. As such, it requires someone holding the toy up against the body while having sex. It’s not worth the effort of doing that for long periods of time. Like previously mentioned, it isn’t strong enough to be orgasmic, so while it adds a bit of sensation, it isn’t more effective as an intercourse vibrator than a We-Vibe or just a favorite toy – since my hand has to be down there anyway.

When it comes to cleaning your Satisfyer Partner Multifun toys, this couple’s vibrator is designed to be waterproof. The toy also has minimal crevices and virtually no texture. As such, it’s pretty simple to clean this silicone vibrator. Warm water and anti-bacterial soap will get it cleaned up pretty easily. Make sure to clean between the tips of the toy as best as possible – and swishing the tips within a soapy bath is always a good idea. Water-based lubricant – if you choose to use at all – should be the lube you use with this sex toy. For storage, it’s a pretty silky smooth silicone that doesn’t really pick up lint or hair – and it can easily be stored in the original box if you prefer, too.

Along with that, it’s worth noting that the Satisfyer Partner Multifun toys are both rechargeable. The toys have a magnetic charging port near the large, base-area of the toy. These silicone vibrators include the charging cable. The magnetic charging cable is pretty strong compared to most magnetic charging cables. As long as the vibrator is in a semi-stable location, it will have no problem keeping the connection. The vibrator advertises a 2 hour charge time which should give you about an hour’s use of the vibrations.

The Satisfyer Partner vibrator comes in a thin cardboard box that can be recycled. The toy rests within a plastic tray that slides into the cardboard box. The toy also comes with the charging cable and a small instruction manual that explains how to control the toy.

Overall, most of our fun from the Satisfyer Partner Multifun toys has come from the experimentation itself. The toys aren’t shining stars in anything they do – but they’re “pretty decent participants” in most things you try with them. Most of this fun is in taking this awkwardly-shaped toy and finding ways that the two of you can make it pleasurable. With the affordable price tag that’s about the same as picking up the check for a nice dinner, this can be a fun “date night” idea for the two of you – just don’t expect orgasms from this toy alone. Thanks to Satisfyer for providing these couples vibrator sex toys for my Satisfyer Partner Multifun review.
