Rhino by Traz Penis Extension Review

Rhino by Traz Penis Extension
Rhino by Traz Penis Extension

Designed to be different than other penis extension solutions, the Rhino (by Traz) penis extension offers a unique interior chamber for a perfect and snug fit that also transfers sensations. Available in a single length (8″ that can be reduced) with two various widths (1.5″ and 2″) and multiple colors, the Rhino by Traz offers multiple options. This penis extension also is available with various interior textures to suit your needs.

The Rhino penis extension has a built-in design that’s supposed to make it better than most penis extensions. Its “Exaggerated Stroke” design is supposed to transfer some of the sensation from thrusting to the penis that’s housed inside. It has a specific ridge along the shaft designed for g-spot stimulation for a female partner. The interior rings help keep the attachment in place while also folding and compressing for added sensation onto the penis. Not only that, but the Rhino by Traz uses a vacuum seal technology in order to keep the penis extension in place and avoid it sliding off during use.

Packaging for the Rhino by Traz Penis Extension

The Rhino by Traz comes in pretty standard packaging. It is, however, in a box, so if you need to gift-wrap this for any reason, it’s very easy to wrap. The box also includes a print-out of instruction manual of how to use the Traz Rhino.

The Rhino Penis Extension includes three pieces: the penis extension itself, the interior filler piece, and a penis extension “plug”. These three pieces work together to ensure that the penis extension is enjoyable and stays in place. To use, you first will need to trim the various pieces to fit (instructions are included). After that, the filler piece is inserted into the tip of the penis extension. You’ll then need to lubricate your penis and the extension’s interior. Once you’ve done that, slide the penis in. Once your penis is nice and snug, press the penis plug into the hole to start the vacuum seal to keep the extension on your penis.

While the Rhino you buy definitely has a “single size”, it’s a customizable size. By taking a pair of scissors, you can perfectly adjust the size of the Rhino penis extension. The extension itself can be cut around the base to reduce the length of the extension (if that’s what you want). The inner “filler” piece can also be cut that allows for the penis to properly fill the interior of the extension. This keeps the tip of the Rhino extension from bending over or getting folded while trying to use it.

If possible, I would recommend giving the Rhino a try by your lonesome before trying to bring a partner into the action. It’s definitely not hard to use the Rhino, but the first use does require some scissors and some trimming to ensure that the penis extension is the perfect size for your own penis. Not that your partner will be scared by scissors, but some couples may find that the time it takes to do the cutting and trimming will cut into their “first use” experience. However, it’s up to you as to whether you think this is something you and your partner are going to mind.

I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised by how well the Rhino tends to stay on the penis. When I say “pleasantly surprised”, I also mean “insanely impressed”. The vacuum seal works way better than any other system that we’ve used. There are no fussy strap-on straps to deal with. It doesn’t slip off of the penis. It doesn’t have to adjusted at all. It pretty much just stays put perfectly. Be aware that it does take some effort to get the “penis plug” into the extension itself, but once it’s in there, it doesn’t seem like it’s going to slip out at all. I wouldn’t even have any issue using this without a condom covering it (thought the Rhino is NOT designed as a pregnancy prevention option, so do not do that unless you’re fluid-bonded and using an alternative birth control). If you prefer, though, a large-sized condom can definitely roll overtop of the Rhino extension. Standard-sized condoms may not fit correctly (depending on the brand).

When it comes to actual use, the Rhino does transfer some of the sensations, but not all of them. It was enough for orgasm for the wearer, but it wasn’t nearly as intense as it usually was. If you’re someone that is concerned about premature ejaculation, that could be perfect for you. It definitely provides less sensation than if wearing a condom, but compared to other penis extensions that we’ve tried, it does provide more sensation. It mostly feels like the sensation of the internal ribbing rubbing against the penis.

I’m not really sure what Rhino was thinking with the “g-spot curve” of the extensions. We’ve tried most of their line, and absolutely none of these “g-spot curves” do a thing. This is really my only complaint about the Rhino penis extensions. Maybe this is better for those with a very shallow and very sensitive g-spot, but I get no g-spot stimulation off of this dildo. Some might, but the design doesn’t really seem intensely designed for this. Considering most diagrams that say that a “hook-like” shape is required for g-spot stimulation, I’m not sure how the Rhino’s claim that: “8? of length keeps constant contact with the G-spot, the key to vaginal orgasm”. Again, maybe if you have a shallow g-spot or one that tends to get hit with straight-line toys, you’ll be good with g-spot stimulation, but I don’t see this being a g-spot toy for many women.

It was definitely unique to try out a penis extension. The 8″ length is almost a bit too much. I’d love to see Traz come out with something like a 7.5″ dildo. However, keep in mind that you can easily trim down the Rhino using scissors, so this 8″ toy can become a 7.5″ toy with just a quick snip of the scissors. The toy stayed on with no problem during use, and it works fine with a condom over-top of it as well. Easier clean-up!

The Traz Rhino also boasts other uses. They recommend using it as a vibrator sleeve. This is definitely possible, but you’ll definitely deaden the strength of the vibrations by using this. They also claim that it can be used as a masturbation toy. Attempts with this have worked, but it requires a lot of frequent reapplication of lubricant. It also can be used as a stand-alone dildo, but it does require some manuvering since the dildo itself doesn’t really feel “sturdy” enough to grip onto without something inside of it supporting it. It seems to work better as a dildo if you slide it onto a vibrator or other toy first.

As a note, the Rhino penis extension can also be worn with a flaccid penis. Depending on the thickness of the penis, though, it can be hard to get it “set up” unless the penis is at least semi-hard.

Taking off the Rhino can be a bit more of a pain in the butt, but once you get used to it, it’s not so bad. You definitely will want a rag or to go to the bathroom to clean off the tip of the toy. You’ll need a good grip in order to grab the top and pull out the extension plug. It’s a bit hard to do, but you’ll figure out exactly how much pressure you need as you use it. Depending on your penis width, the interior of the Traz Rhino may leave ridges along your penis that may look concerning (if you ask me, they look hilarious), but they’ll go away within a half an hour.

When it comes to cleaning, you’ll need to pull apart the toy and clean out the interior and exterior. Make sure you don’t accidentally let the penis extension plug slide down the drain. The interior “filler” can be hard to get out, but with the lubricant you hopefully put in to add it in, it will slide out if you squeeze the tip and work it out. Once that’s done, just give it a good clean. It’s pure silicone, so it can be washed with warm water and anti-bacterial soap. It can also be sterilized in boiling water or with a water and bleach solution. Silicone is a simple and safe material to take care of. When using lubricant, though, make sure you use a water-based lubricant or use a high-quality silicone lubricant that won’t hurt the silicone material of your Traz Rhino penis extender.

Overall, the Traz Rhino is a surprisingly good penis extension. I wouldn’t expect any g-spot miracles out of it, but it’s an amazingly effective penis extension. It stays on exactly how it should, is easy to customize for exactly your penis size, is made from high-quality materials and easy to sterilize, and extends the penis in a really simple, easy-to-use way. It’s not complicated. Thanks to Traz for providing this silicone penis extension for my Traz Rhino penis extension review.
